Below are the benefits if pay full cash upfront.
If rent 6mth=$10500 will give free 1month.
If rent 1year=$21000 will give 2 month free.
If rent 1year 6mth=$31000 will give 3 months free.
Example if u choose to pay monthly
: $21000 divided by 12 mths
=$1750 is what u pay per mth
Example if u choose to pay full cash upfront of $21000 divided by (12mth +2free mth)
=$1500 this is what u actually pay
U actually save $250 per mth n $3000 a year..
Imagine how much u can save...
if possible trying to lease out to someone who can pay upfront due to urgent financial issue.
